Once a conversation is Closed or Assigned (Claimed by another agent),
allow Any/All agents who are unassiged to Block Author from the Conversation menu.

Hi LoriCastillo, appreciate the product feedback here. Since this idea is not Atlas-specific, but a general product enhancement idea, I'm going to go ahead and mark it as Declined for Atlas specifically.
