Lithium Training

Hey,

 

I recently went through the Lithium training. I must compliment you all, the training was incredibly thorough and well put together. However, I did have one suggestion. I'll preface this by saying that this experience may have been a result of me going through the training before our community had been built, but it would have been great to have a testing environment to go and play around with some of the tools I learned about in the training to enhance my retention of the material. The videos were very clear and provided a thorough walkthrough of each action, but for those of us that learn by doing very little of the information was committed to memory.

    Hi Graham. We are very glad to hear that you found the training valuable. Typically customers going through the launch process will use the staging server we provide to test out what they are learning in the tutorials. Do you not have access to your stage server yet?

    Thank you Graham for the post! Really glad to hear you found the tutorials useful. We don't have a training environment available during the tutorials on purpose.

     

    Most of our clients watch the tutorials as they are working in their own staging environment. However we do offer access to a Lithium playground/training environment during our instructor-led courses. We have found that training environments are an excellent way to learn about our products and features however require some level of support from a Lithium trainer.

    Thank you Robb and Kelly. I think both of your responses more than sufficiently answered my question. I guess my excitement got the best of me. Luckily there is plenty of content in here to learn until our environment is setup.
