jc758 to address your original request, we have deployed a few changes to improve the readability of TKB articles which I hope will help. Let me know if you have any other feedback regarding these.
pmdCanon I believe one of our moderators has been in touch to help get your post to the right area. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the moderators or myself directly if you ever feel lost or need assistance. Based on your feedback about Ask the Community, we did improve the way this works: this will now take you to a post page where you can select which board you would like to post to.
We have also put together this community guide which we hope will be helpful for new and returning users to get an overview of the structure and to find where they should post.

Thanks for reintroducing a dedicated space for the PM inbox that had gone missing for a few weeks with the '14 redesign. :robotvery-happy: Let me now reply to my unanswered messages there ;)
Addendum: There seems to be a problem with line-height if you add emoticons as you can curently see above.
