Atlas Suggestions is empty when not logged in
Atlas Suggestions (this board that we are in now - Atlas Suggestions | Atlas) has strange permissions. It appears to be empty when you are not logged in. See screenshot. I'd suggest that either the board and its content are available to all, or the board and its content should be completely hidden unless logged in (or set up as a customer; whatever you want the permissions to be). It's odd to have the board visible but not its contents.14Views0likes1CommentLinks to community.lithium.com seem to be redirecting incorrectly
Looks like the redirect setup for community.lithium.com isn't working properly. For example, in this document: Change how the shared topic appears on Facebook | Atlas there is a link to https://community.lithium.com/t5/Integrating-with-Facebook/Set-the-default-image-on-Facebook/ta-p/35864?_ga=2.161328253.1506059511.1733615016-36092016.1667250793 (with text "OpenGraph meta tags") When I click this link, I end up redirected to: https://community.khoros.comhttps//community.lithium.com/kb/-/Set-the-default-image-on-Facebook/35864 Which is, of course, not a valid link. See screenshot40Views0likes5CommentsMissing a value for a text key? "viewFullDiscussion" appearing for blog post comments
When taken to a specific reply in a comment thread on a blog post (as is done from notifications or email digests), such as: https://community.khoros.com/blog/customerblog/how-we-did-it-upgrading-atlas-to-the-aurora-version-of-khoros-communities/768794/replies/768824 , I see a link to "viewFullDiscussion": I imagine this is supposed to be "View full discussion" This is fine on actual discussion threads; it says "View full discussion" as expected (example: https://community.khoros.com/discussions/studio/particular-action-key-in-bulk-data-api-v-3-0/768722/replies/768793 ). However, on a blog post, there seems to be a missing value for the text key. (Apologies, not sure if this is a core Aurora bug or specific to Atlas... probably core Aurora?)15Views0likes1Comment"Like" doesn't appear to work when message is highlighted
This may be a core Aurora bug, not sure. Figured I'd report it (we don't have access to a vanilla Aurora instance at the moment) The issue: When a particular reply is highlighted (because, for example, you came to it from a notification email - example link: https://community.khoros.com/discussions/technology/large-difference-between-thread-views-shown-on-site-vs-in-analytics---why/767101/replies/767402?emcs_t=S2h8ZW1haWx8dG9waWNfc3Vic2NyaXB0aW9ufE0zWFk0NDM4RU5WMU9RfC0xfFNVQlNDUklQVElPTlN8aEs), the "like" button doesn't appear to work. It actually does work, but you can't tell. See attached little video (which I am uploading as a gif because inline videos don't seem to be supported here(!!) - I also tried uploading the .mp4 as an attachment but that file extension isn't allowed. So, apologies for the annoying infinitely-playing gif. I tried.):46Views1like5CommentsUnable to post due to invalid HTML, despite only using WYSIWYG editor
I used the WYSIWYG editor to add a link, then used the "globe" icon to show the raw link (instead of the auto-suggested title of the linked page). I also added an image. I was then unable to publish my content due to invalid HTML. See screenshot. FWIW - I love the "Show URL" feature - but it needs to work!48Views3likes3CommentsPlease honor my sort order preference
This may well be a core Aurora bug, but I figured there's no harm in filing it here (and I don't have access to any other Aurora instances at the moment :)) It doesn't seem that my "Default sort order" preference is honored. I'm one of the weirdos who likes to read an entire conversation in order, from oldest to newest. Seeing the newest comments at the top just confuses me. So, I have selected my default sort order to be "Oldest to newest" (right side of screenshot) Despite this, it seems that just about everything (everything?) sorts in "Newest" order (middle of screenshot) I'd expect the system to honor my individually-set preference over any other system-wide preferences.17Views0likes1CommentCASE Portal attachment Bug
Hi Team, I Don't know if anyone else is facing the same issue on the Khoros CASE portal, but whenever I click on any of the attachments, it always gives me the same result and the same file to download each time, even if I have clicked on different files to download.25Views0likes2CommentsAtlas displays too large on mobile at first
When I first load Atlas on my phone, it's too wide. See screenshot below where you can't see my avatar nor the text on the right side of the screen. I can zoom out via a pinch motion, and then it's fine (screenshot below), but it's pretty annoying to have to do this. I'm on an iPhone 15 with iOS 17.7, using Chrome (but I believe it happens on Safari too)41Views0likes5Comments
