I cannot find the "Ideas" board. It should not be this hard to navigate the site.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

You can find the product idea area here: http://community.lithium.com/t5/Product-ideas/idb-p/Lithium_Ideas located under the "Knowledge and Support" tab in the side navigation.
In addition, if you're still having trouble finding areas in our community, you can use the guide JulieH posted above. Hopefully this helps!

Product Ideas require elevated customer access to view and contribute to, which is why you would not see it in the navigation as anonymous. If anyone from your company doesn't yet have the proper access, shoot us an email at communityhelp@lithium.com and we'll be happy to get them set up!
