Hi LauraV , thanks for the quick reply! We're only using preset tags, and have approx 4-5 available for use in each board.

When testing I posted as an admin first, adding 5 tags to the post.

Then I switched to a basic/level 1 account and posted in the same board, but got an error to say I had too many tags. Removing one at a time until it posted, it only allowed me to post with 1 tag.
