Aurora: Using the Dev Tools Page
The Dev Tools section of the Community Admin gives you access to several useful features to help you get started with the Aurora Software Development Kit (SDK).
The page itself is separated into several sections.
Note: For more detailed developer documentation, refer to the Aurora guides in our Khoros Dev Docs Portal.
Community SDK
The Community SDK section provides information to help you install the SDK and validate the customizations you create. This section includes a series of useful CLI Commands used to clone the repository, ensure supported software versions are installed, install dependencies, and initialize the local config file.
An SDK Key generator is also included, enabling you to generate a token for validating and uploading customizations you've made with the SDK. You can also revoke the active SDK and generate a new one as needed.
Git Branches
Another section of the page focuses on Git Branches. Here you can see a list of available branches for your site and an indicator of the currently-active branch. You can use this tool to switch your active branch, allowing you to validate changes in one branch before applying updates to other branches.
