Hi MSmith_iTalent and ShannonJ – Great question! For reporting purposes, in the Reports section of Analytics, the Knowledge Bases and Articles reports have metrics for Helpful Votes and Unhelpful Votes. Otherwise, there are future plans to add more functionality so that admins can further review the info.

LauraV- That metric only shows the count of each. The reason for the article being unhelpful doesnt appear in Analytics. Is there an ETA on when this will be available?
