  • I am having some issues creating labels and the plan view. Would love a 1-on-1 session to confirm. Specifically, as a social manager how do I label organic conversations and include them in the "Plan" dashboard.

If you have any specific questions about the supervisor view, don't hesitate to get in touch with us on chat, create a support ticket, or you can post your query on Atlas. About the Supervisor view has good content about the supervisor view. 

  • Thank you! I don't have specific questions other than just needing to understand how to use it. We were never trained in that view. I will review the content you sent over and go from there!
