How to Register for Atlas

If you haven't already registered for Atlas, the Khoros community, this tutorial will show you how; all you need is a username, password, and a valid company email address.

Registering through Maia is the quickest way for all users.

After you register, you can post to the community, receive email notifications, and lots more. It's quick and it's free!

Option 1. Ask Maia to get you registered, the easy way.

  1.  Click the chat bubble on the bottom right corner buttonIconUrl-4431bebb-a5ab-4e5e-9a1e-8741f0aa6999.png
  2. Type ‘Register’
  3. Let Maia quickly guide you through the process
  4. If you are currently a Khoros customer, Maia will automatically give you Customer Access and Case Portal Access
  5. If you are a Marketing Customer, you won't have to worry about the SSO portion when you register through Maia
  6. You’re all set up! Maia will give you a few options to start exploring Atlas!

Option 2. Marketing Customers Registration without Maia
There is an alternative SSO registration process which you can learn more about by visiting: Atlas Single Sign-On (SSO) & Registration for Marketing Customers.

Option 3. Manual Registration

1.) Visit atlas.khoros.com.

2.) Click the “Sign In” button at the top right corner.

3.) Click the blue “All Other Users” button in the middle of the page to open the Sign In/Register options.

4.) Click "Register Now"

5.) Fill out the form and read and accept the Terms of Service.

6.) After you register you must verify your email. Check your inbox and look for an email from the Atlas Community (Atlas-Notifications@us.khoros-mail.com) and click the link to verify your email.

If you don’t see the email after a few minutes check your spam and promotional folders. If you still don't see the email please contact us at communityhelp@khoros.com.

7.) If you are NOT a Khoros customer or partner your registration is now complete. Welcome to Atlas!

8.) Customers and partners, please email communityhelp@khoros.com to request additional access to Atlas. Without customer/partner access you’re missing out on exclusive forums, customer ideas, the support forum, knowledge base articles, and much more! So don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll get you sorted.

 

9.) If you also need to activate a Case Portal user please email support@khoros.com and include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Title
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Atlas Username (the customer must be registered on this community first) 
  • Community and/or Account 

 

Once you’re registered, visit the About Our Community area for more resources like the online training area, video tutorials on how to edit your profile, notifications, and subscriptions, how-to posting and engaging, and learn about navigation, search and discussion styles.
