Aurora: Compare drafts and published content
Each time someone makes a change to a draft or published article or blog post, the system creates a revision. You can view these revisions in the History of the articles or posts.
When you compare different versions, the highlighted text shows you want has been added, removed, or changed.
Here's an example of how you can compare different versions of a KB article. The same applies for blog posts.
10 STEPS
1. Go to the article for which you want to compare the versions. Click Options menu
2. Click History
3. Click > against one of the versions you want to compare
4. Click the three dots
5. Click Compare
6. A compare page opens. Here you can choose the other version you want to compare. Select the versions from the dropdown.
7. For example, let's compare v8.0 with v5.0
8. You can see the changes highlighted with different colours.
9. You can also compare saved drafts with other drafts or published versions
10. For example, a saved draft v4.1 can be compared with a published version v5.0.
