We live in an increasingly mobile world, and Khoros has overhauled its two flagship mobile apps:
- Khoros Care (previously Lithium SMM)
- Khoros Marketing (previously Spredfast Conversations)

There are three key areas where you will notice changes in these two mobile apps:
- Name and icon: you will see new Khoros names and imagery when searching for these apps or using these apps day-to-day.
- Upgrades: you should notice faster loading times and other performance improvements.
- UI updates: a top-down design, rebrand, and polishing of each interface.

What Can I Do On these Apps?
Desktop user? New to the mobile experience? Khoros mobile apps provide core functionality with convenience and speed -- whenever you need -- for example:
- Moderate content on the go
- Review messages waiting for your approval
- Publish from a live event
Both apps are live now in the iOS and Google Play stores: search for Khoros Care and Khoros Marketing. We're excited for you to experience them. In case you’ve already seen these changes, we did release these updates just before Thanksgiving, as Black Friday is a heavy mobile app usage time.
Please also note that our two other mobile apps -- Capture and Vault -- will also receive the three changes noted above in early 2020.
