Twitter / X v.1 API Update and FAQ
On July 1st, Twitter / X will officially deprecate all of their v1.1 APIs. Khoros will be moving all software functions to the Twitter / X v2 APIs beginning June 24th.

Khoros Care v24.05.2 Release Notes
The Khoros Care Release version 24.05.2 includes updates to Care integrations with X (formerly Twitter), updates to the CRM Connector, and a bug fix.
New Features: CRM User Sync
Includes a note about upcoming X (formerly Twitter) API changes, updates to the WhatsApp Cloud integration, and updates to Apple Messages for Business video previews.
