Rejection Category Dropdown

What is this?
This is an enhancement to Khoros Social Marketing Approvals. Administrators have been able to build powerful and flexible workflows to review content within Khoros prior to publishing on social channels to both monitor team operations as well as ensure best-in-class governance.

Now, structured data (ie, rejection categories) allow users to select from your own company-specific list of the reasons for post rejections.  Administrators can configure these to be required for all approval workflows and choose the order in which the categories appear for users as well. Users can continue to add in their own comments to describe other details around their rejections as well.

When would I use this?

Identify bottlenecks and training opportunities! Rejection Categories deliver a powerful lens for your team to standardize on content workflows.  Add these for your teams today and then you can audit and optimize operations with a review of one or many Initiatives approval history with our Rejections Export.
Do you see content stuck with high volumes of rejections for the same reasons? Can you work upstream to address improvements across your organization?

This sounds great! Where can I find it?

There are two pieces to this feature --
1) Rejection Category Administration:
In Social Marketing Settings, this Administration is together with the rest of Approvals Admin.  There is no separate enablement process to access this feature. You must have full Approvals permissions to create new categories.

2) Rejection Categories for Post-Level Rejection Reasons:
All Approvals team members will have access to choose a category when reviewing a post after the categories have been created by Admins.

What else should I know?
