What is this?
Label Rules, which automatically applies labels based on configurable conditions to imported content, is now available to all customers!
When would I use this?
Label Rules are great for any customer that wants to ensure all of their content is appropriately labeled. Label Rules will automatically label any content that is posted natively, including both organic and paid. No more manually labelling all of your ads!
Label Rules will not affect posts published through Khoros at this time, but we look forward to bringing this to you in the future.
This sounds great! Where can I find it?
Company Admins or any user type with Label admin permissions can create Label Rules. Label Rules are housed in Company Settings under “Publishing.”
To create a rule, click “Add Organic Rule” or “Add Paid Rule” in the top right of the Label Rules admin page and a modal will appear. From there, you will create conditions.
- Name the rule.
- Select the labels you’d like to apply with the rule.
- ORGANIC ONLY: Select the initiatives you’d like the rule to apply to.
- Create conditions that need to be true in order to apply the label(s).
- Save the rule.
- Re-order on the admin page if necessary.

Does everyone have access to the Label Rules?
Label Rules are now in General Access for all customers. Any users with the appropriate permissions can access Label Rules.
