The character limit for LinkedIn posts and messages has been increased from 1,300 to 3,000.

Theme identification in listening
We have added a new Themes tab to Twitter searches in Intelligence. Here you can find "themes of content" in your search, to assist in understanding the meaning behind what people are talking about on social networks. Khoros groups tweets semantically into clusters to identify the most significant themes of conversation. Theme identification uses a machine learning (ML) algorithm to analyze the content of these tweets to find the most significant topics of conversation, and groups them logically into clusters we call themes.
The Themes tab displays a word cloud of the top themes in this search, with a list below that shows a breakdown of each theme identified in the search.

You found it. We fixed it.
- Corrected an issue where post text is getting changed for certain distributed posts while editing or copying.
- Addressed issue where video posts for Facebook that were natively scheduled were showing "Error" status although the post had been sent to Facebook for publishing.
- Fixed an issue where Plans were intermittently lost when editing a post after previously being assigned to the post.
- An issue causing the No Labels option in the Calendar's Labels filter to not remain selected when added to a saved filter set has been corrected.
- Addressed issue where Intelligence Topic email notification link directed you to a blank page.
- Resolved an issue where PDF & PNG Intelligence Graph exports were showing the time in a different timezone than the Activity tab.
- Corrected an issue where users were unable to apply multiple labels to assets in the Content Center.
