Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.

New Features

Trustpilot integration

The new Trustpilot integration is now available in Care. This integration enables brands to seamlessly manage and respond to Trustpilot reviews authored by their customers.

Before a brand can integrate their Care instance with Trustpilot, they must have already set up a paid plan with Trustpilot and created a Trustpilot account with admin or manager permissions.

WhatsApp Cloud API integration

Until now, Khoros has supported on-premise WhatsApp integrations only. With this release, the new WhatsApp Cloud API integration is now available in Care. This new integration flow enables brands to have full control of their WhatsApp Business Account profile and account information through the WhatsApp Manager within their Meta Business Manager/Suite.

Note: Customers who are not already using a cloud-based WhatsApp solution must complete the migration process to use this integration. Migration paths will become available in the near future.
