Khoros Care Release Notes, week of February 27, 2023
Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.
New Features
Secure Forms: Expire After First Viewing fields
When an agent views the responses on a secure form, hides them by clicking Hide Form Responses, then later clicks Show Form Responses to view the responses again, all responses in fields with the Expire After First Viewing toggle turned on are now replaced with an <EXPIRED CONTENT> message. This feature enables agents to ensure that sensitive information provided by customers (e.g., credit card information) is secure and available only for initial reference.
Note: If an organization plans to collect Credit Verification Values (CVV) via their secure forms, they must use Expire After First Viewing fields to maintain PCI compliance.
Additionally, agents can trigger the expiration of these field responses manually, if desired. To do so, upon viewing the secure form responses, agents can click the new Clear button to replace the responses with an <EXPIRED CONTENT> message.
