Change Log: See when an integration has been reconnected

Admins can now use the Change Log to see when a particular source integration has been reconnected. When any administrator takes a reconnection action, a Source Integration Reconnected event is added on the Change Log page.

Care

• Previously, when an admin edited a work queue, dragged and dropped it to a different position in the list, and saved their changes, the Work Queue page incorrectly updated to display all work queues as being edited by that admin at the time they moved the edited work queue. Now, the “edited by” date and time is updated only for the work queue the admin edited.
• Previously, when attempting to respond to a conversation, agents occasionally experienced an issue in which Care did not provide them with a social handle for responding. This issue should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue, please contact Khoros Support for further assistance.
• Previously, Google Business Messages did not support typing indicators as expected. This issue has been resolved.
