Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.

New Features
New icons for secure and standard forms
At the bottom of the Author Panel, on the Forms tab, secure forms are now displayed with a lock icon, and standard forms are now displayed with a form icon.
Update Brand Messenger mobile SDK display settings from Care
Users can now update the display settings of their Brand Messenger mobile SDK directly from the Care interface by configuring the widget ID.

Manage View
Note: The following Manage View enhancements will be released on July 18, 2023.
Duplicate a Shared View
Manage View Admins and Manage View Creators can now duplicate Shared Views. Duplicating an existing Shared View enables users to more easily create multiple similar views, each of which can be customized as needed. This reduces the time required to set up Manage View, as using the duplication feature is quicker than creating each Shared View from scratch.
To duplicate a Shared View, users can click Duplicate on the top-right corner of the page. They can then edit, rename, and share the duplicate view with others as needed.
Note: After a duplicate of a Shared View has been created, any subsequent changes made to the original view are not applied to the duplicate view.
Favorite a Shared View
Users can now mark a Shared View as a favorite by clicking the star icon beside the Shared View name. This option enables users to quickly access and prioritize specific views from the list of Shared Views. All Shared Views marked as favorites are displayed in the FAVORITES section.
