New Features
Select Brand Messenger as a channel in Automation Manager
When creating a Flow automation on the Automation Manager page, you can now select Brand Messenger as a Source. Brand Messenger automations and Legacy Brand Messenger automations are differentiated by the respective Brand Messenger and Legacy Brand Messenger tooltips in the automations list.
Facebook metadata visibility update
On the Metadata Visibility page, the handover_protocol metadata field option has been added for Facebook.
Visibility for non-secure forms
Within the Settings menu, on the Security page, when the Expire password every ___ days option is turned off, the Forms tab in the Common Conversation Panel (CCP) now displays all non-secure forms (forms with non-expiring data fields).
Note: In an upcoming release, secure forms will be displayed with a lock icon, while non-secure forms will be displayed with a form icon.
Manage View
Bulk moderation actions update
Manage View moderators can now select up to 50 posts (increased from the previous limit of 20) in the Moderation column to perform the Accept, Reject, and Spam moderation actions in bulk. The limit for bulk actions other than moderation in Post, Conversation, and Smart View columns remains at 1000.
For more information on Manage View bulk actions, see Perform bulk actions in Manage View.
You found it. We fixed it.
