Khoros Care Release Notes, week of November 13, 2023
Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.

Accessibility
To maintain A11Y compliance, code in Care has been updated to ensure that assistive technologies can programmatically detect the default display language in the application.
CRM Connector
The new CRM Connector is now available in Care. The CRM Connector provides a seamless integration between Care and Salesforce Service Cloud that enables agents to more efficiently manage CRM records and cases while also managing their conversations with customers. The premium version of the CRM Connector also offers the ability to embed the Care Common Conversation Panel (CCP) directly into Salesforce so that Salesforce agents can easily access and review conversations related to their cases.

New “Date Range” Change Log filter
The new Date Range filter for the Change Log enables admins to filter events by a predefined date range or a custom date range.
To use the “Date Range” filter:
- Sign in to Care as an admin and go to Settings > Account Setup > Change Log.
- At the top of the page, click Date Range.
- To use a predefined date range, select one from the left column. Or, to create a custom date range, enter or select a start date and end date.
- Click Apply.
The Change Log updates to display only the administrative actions taken within the selected date range.
