Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.

New Features

Manage View

Smart View Column: Last Activity Prior To

Recently, we rolled out the Last Activity Prior To filter for the Post, Conversation, and Moderation columns. In this release, we have extended this same capability to the Smart View column. You can filter posts and conversations in any general conversation column based on the latest activities.

You can exclude very recent activities (for example, prior to 7 Days) and use the Last Activity Prior To option in combination with the other date range filter (for example,  newest posts first and older than a certain time) for all Manage View columns. This means you can quickly get to the content you need to review.

Manage View Access for Views

Care admins can now grant or revoke roles and column access for Manage View users. Earlier, users with basic Manage View access could create new columns in My View. With this latest enhancement, Admins can grant or restrict this capability.

Search Conversations using the URL

Manage View offers a quick search option as a way to narrow down column contents. With this release, we have added URL search for the Conversation columns using the source URL, similar to the Manage View global search.

Conversation URL search is supported on these social channels:

  • Khoros Community
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • YouTube
  • Instagram

Post Column: Thread Title

The thread title is now displayed in the Post column along with all the other column types where the thread title is visible.

Conversation ID linked to Agent View

From the Manage View Conversation Panel, you can click the Conversation ID to easily access the same conversation in the Agent View Conversation Panel.

You found it. We fixed it.

Manage View

  • When a user posted a reply, the author's name did not appear for all social channels. This has been fixed to reflect the author's name for all relevant posts.
  • For conversations, removing tags through the bulk tagging action at the Post level did not remove the tags for the conversation thread. With this update, if the tag is removed from all posts in a conversation, the tag is removed from the conversation as well. Note that this may result in re-routing if the current conversation is evaluated.
  • After enabling SSO, the Manage View agent’s profile was duplicated. This has been fixed.
  • In the Post column, we have removed the View on Instagram and Respond Directly from Original Source options for Instagram comments, as this is an activity that is not allowed on Instagram. Conversation activity for Instagram posts is affected with this change.
