Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.

New Features

Default selection for single-select multiple choice questions on secure forms

When admins add a single-select multiple choice question to a secure form, add Multiple Choice Options, and then arrange those options in the desired order, the first option in the list is now automatically designated as the default selection and appended with (DEFAULT SELECTION). Additionally, the Required toggle is now turned on and cannot be turned off for these types of questions.

Improved Change Log filters

In the previous release, we temporarily removed the Change Log filters to improve them. In this release, we’ve re-introduced the Change Log filters and combined them into one convenient drop-down menu for easier use.

The filter drop-down menu enables admins to filter the Change Log by Integrations, Tags, Users, Work Queues, or individual user.

Note: Currently, you can select only one filter at a time.

New “Show typing indicators to agents” setting in Brand Messenger

The new Show typing indicators to agents setting in Brand Messenger enables admins to show or hide from agents that a customer is typing.

Note: This setting is separate from the Show typing indicators to customers setting, which shows or hides from customers that an agent is typing.

To enable this setting, sign in to Care as an admin and go to Settings > Brand Messenger > General Settings. Then, below AGENT SETTINGS, turn on Show typing indicators to agents.

Learn more about Brand Messenger.

You found it. We fixed it.

Care

  • Previously, in browsers powered by Chromium (such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge), browser timers were degraded when Care was in focus, which caused the configured automatic session timeout to occur at the incorrect time. Now, the automatic session timeout functions as expected.
  • An issue that prevented some admins from adding new integrations in Care has been resolved.

hi, encemil. thanks for your question. yes, there are plans to implement team changes in the Change Log in the near future!

  • Love the return of the Action logs! I see that currently the events captured are Integrations, Users, Tags and Work Queues. Any chance that we'd see Teams in the future as well? Here's why I'm asking:

We had an instance where an advisor was switched from a team that's under approvals to the regular team. I was trying to find out who made that change and when exactly it happened, so thought I can use these action logs. Unfortunately, it seems the advisor was moved to the new team using the Teams settings, so they don't appear in the "User changes" event logs.
