You Found It. We Fixed It.

• There was an issue with the Instagram API causing Instagram Stories metrics to incorrectly show zero Impressions and Reach. The underlying issue has been resolved, and the accurate number of Impressions and Reach will be updated as soon as we receive the data from the API.
• Posts published via Khoros Marketing containing a combination of Arabic and English words had an inconsistent appearance compared to native publication; this has been resolved.
