New Features
X (formerly Twitter) API deprecation
X (formerly Twitter) has completed the deprecation of its v1.1 APIs. Therefore, as of June 24, 2024, we are no longer supporting the following features for use with X and have removed them from our solutions until further notice:
- Native Feedback Surveys
Note: While native surveys have been removed, you are now able to configure X surveys via self-service for NPS/CSAT Customer Feedback.
- Structured Messages
- Custom Profiles

Instagram Story expiration indicator
To improve the agent experience, Instagram conversations now clearly state when an Instagram Story has expired.

You Found It. We Fixed it.
- An update to the Brandwatch API prevented X (formerly Twitter) mentions from being ingested into Care. This issue has been resolved.
- Previously, Instagram conversations encountered issues in which mismatched IDs on messages caused duplicate agent replies. Meta has resolved this issue with their API on June 6, and new agent responses after this date are neither duplicated nor displayed as external responses.
