SSO login question Hi folks! Our community only allows SSO login. We are entering a new geographical market, with a new instance of our product hosted separately from the US instance. This requires an engineering investment on our side to build dual SSO. While we wait for this resourcing, which could take a while, I'm thinking of opening a "back-door" login for those customers from the new market, where I create their login and they set their password manually. Because we will eventually will have dual SSO, I am trying to gauge what kind of issues I'll run into with user profiles and logins at that point. So for example, if I create an account for Joe Schmoe joeschmoe@acmecorporation.com - and then he tries to log in via SSO, what kinds of issues will I have, and are they fixable - and how? Does disabling emails disable emails from the case portal? Hi folks! Does anyone know if disabling emails (via someone's profile) will also stop case notifications from coming in? I gave Khoros a bad score this year for the CSAT score. It definitely feels like everyone is asleep at the wheel. There is zero urgency across the board - in support, from our CSM, or anyone else. I have been asking for probably 6 months for an SOW for move to Aurora (don't even get me started that they are making us pay for it). I NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL COST SO I CAN ASK FOR BUDGET. Literally it's December now, and I have no numbers, no budget ask no. nothing. I feel like every support case takes a year, and I'm constantly escalating. This just doesn't feel like a serious business to me. Makes me wonder what is going on behind closed doors and I'm thinking nothing good.
