Re: Anybody have success integrating with Okta for SSO across multiple subsystems? Hi miroslav Lithium does support the auto-login flow you mention for users who may be logged-in or registered through your SSO system but not yet in your Lithium Community. When said user visits our community for the first time they trigger our auto-login flow which is documented here: http://community.lithium.com/t5/Single-Sign-On-SSO/How-does-auto-signin-work/ta-p/41030 Hope that helps! RickyS Re: Lithys 2015: XL Axiata - Total Community All Star Thank you for sharing your fantastic story team XL! Fingers crossed you are recognized for all the hard work of building your total community! Re: [Solution] Show that email address in profile is private That's a great idea Claudius! We love seeing customers do innovative things with the Lithium platform, that's why we have Studio to help expand the customer's capabilities for self-servicing customizations like this. Thanks for sharing! :) Re: Help trying to add a component to the page canvas in Studio Hi Mark, What is the new component you're trying to add? Sometimes components that run off community generated content like leaderboards or recent posts modules will not show at all until there's actual content to populate in the module. For example if it's a Top Kudo'd Authors module but nobody has a Kudo in the community yet, this module won't show until someone has a Kudo that can be displayed in the module. Ditto for Accepted Solutions, etc. Ricky Re: Authentication & Authorization Web Services Hi Suresh, You can authenticate into the community via web services (Rest api). If you do a quick search for "Rest API authentication" on the Lithosphere, you should see a lot of good information, along with our Rest API java docs, that can help you get started. Here's a helpful thread too: http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/Growing-Successful-Communities/Need-help-with-REST-API-Authentication/m-p/3058/highlight/true#M1175 Hope that helps, RickyS Re: Lithium REST API developers for hire? Something like e-lance? Hi grizfan, Lithium can offer professional services help in developing custom components to meet your requirements. I can't speak to e-lance as I'm not familiar with them, but it might be worthwhile to check with our ProfServ team to see if the custom functionality you're looking for is something our team can help develop. In order to initiate this process, please submit a ticket via our case portal with details around the development work you'd like. Include as much detail as you can provide and state that you'd like a quote for this work. The case will route to one of our technical consultants who will scope out your request, ask any additional questions around your requirements, and put together a time and cost estimate. If you approve the costs and choose to move forward, the project will formally be assigned to a Lithium project manager, who will work with you and coordinate with our internal resources until the work is complete. Hope that helps, RickyS Re: More on Colors: Customizing the Mobile Interface Hi memerylane, You can add a mobile logo in the header by going into your mobile skin in Studio and adding a reference to whatever mobile logo asset you upload in the page header section of the wrapper. Keep in mind that with the limited UI in mobile browsing, you will want to keep the mobile logo to a minimal size/dimension. Here are a couple examples as reference: http://forums.att.com http://supportforums.blackberry.com Also, please find attached the mobile colors guide, similar to the desktop version you have. Re: Issue with Studio and Forum Hi Peter, You're seeing the weird text strings b/c it looks like you may have inadvertently turned on the text editor feature in studio. Instructions to turn it off are explained in this thread: http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/Growing-Successful-Communities/Attempts-to-change-text-in-studio-messed-up-my-page/td-p/28864 Good luck, RickyS Re: Getting a list of recent messages via API Hi aitchon, Hypothetically, you should be able to go back as far as you want with the recent call if you set your page number and page_size parameters large enough to pull posts all the way back to the beginning of your community. With that said comes a caveat that if your rest calls are too ambitious, it may put strain on your production server. Regards, Ricky
