As an experiment, we switched away from using the spellcheck button in favor of in-browser support. Depending on your location and browser, you may need to install a language library. Here's the one for Mozilla.
This shouldn't affect a large number of people, but if issues persist please let us know so we can make adjustments or assist as necessary.

Are you talking about logging into through mobile v2?
If so, are you having trouble logging in? I believe most people use their regular community credentials to log in as we currently do not have the option to connect via Facebook for mobie users. Mobile users who connect via Facebook on mobile switch to desktop view and then back to mobile view.
