I will review this with our team.Re: Subscribe ButtonHi Mathhew! I actually would still like that additional detail of being able to put a subscribe button in the line above the discussions as described. Glad you also have that same need.Lainie Possible to create a custom component that filters by board? I'm a FreeMarker and Rest API newbie, but starting to do a few things. My question is this: is it possible to create a custom component that I could add to a custom page that contains all topics (such as a view like this https://communities.sas.com/t5/forums/recentpostspage/post-type/thread) but allow for filtering, via a dropdown menu or other selection device, by boardID? Additionally we have users who would like to see a list of "all topic" updates or posts that they subscribe to. I would really like to be able to build this page or component for them. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Lainie cc: cjdinger SolvedRe: Subscribe Button AdamN this was extremely helpful. I'm 1/2 way there - I created the custom component, added the OOTB component code, wrapped a little HTML around it and even added a couple of CSS styles. cjdinger refined it.. but we're missing one thing. We want to add the Subsribe button for a board within the "lia-menu-bar lia-menu-bar-top lia-component-menu-bar" class (vs. adding the button using a fixed position in CSS). Is this possible? Thank you, Lainie Re: Most popular searches widget nathan, I was looking for some code and happened to notice this article and looked at the GiffGaff community site. It looks great! I am curious how you were able to create a calendar with a popup event window.. http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Hub/ct-p/hub If you can share anything, that would be wonderful. Best regards, Loainie Re: Using API to add labels to ideas Thank you again, very much. Is there a special way that I need to call the API since it requires authentication to get this data? Using API to add labels to ideas I need to add predefined labels to about 300 ideas that we recently migrated from Jive. Is there an easier way to add these labels (other than manually). I'm new to REST API but eager to learn - is the above an example of a task that could be accomplished using this method? thanks, Lainie SolvedCommunity Links: How to make links open in separate window or tab? I have two questions about links: 1. Many users post links in our community to third party sites, such as, http://support.sas.com. Is it possible for me to configure the community to make all posted links open with <a href="#" target="_blank">link</a> 2. Is it possible when pasting a community URL into a post to have it display smart text (such as a page description)? thank you, Lainie Re: Component for Unsolved Topics?Thank you so much!
