Re: Khoros Care Release Notes, week of February 8, 2021
Hi MarenJ , I just got updated on my ticket this week's release had fixed this, and I can indeed see language detection to also work for Community integration. Thank you for the follow up. With kind regards, Ollie164ViewsSign in to react to this post0CommentsRe: Khoros Care Release Notes, week of December 7, 2020
Hi, Is there a possibility to apply filters only on either public or private posts? For example, filtering CC details is nice when they're sent in public, but could come in handy when sent in private. Then, if a filter is applied, does it only filter in Care or is the filtered info also removed from the reporting RAW data? Thanks, OllieViewsSign in to react to this postCommentsRe: Khoros Care Release Notes, week of February 8, 2021
Hi, I've logged a ticket today as I've noticed language detection was not ok anymore. Now I see you've launched an enhanced detection, do you think this was a glitch during its rollout or could there be an issue with the enhanced version? Thanks OllieViewsSign in to react to this postCommentsRe: Migration of SMM Raw Post exports from Supervisor View to Analytics
Hi, As we now must use the (in my case) combined reporting from analytics, I wonder why in that report the handling agent is not included (we have Assignee:Authoring User and Assignee:Authoring User Email, but not the agent's login name)? That field is availbe though in the RAW responses report, so why not in the combined? Could you consider adding it please? It's really key for us. Hi, Thanks for the heads-up. Using supervisor reports was advised to be avoided for a while, I know, but I'm still doing so because there's always the one (or plus) field(s) I miss from the Analytics versions (for example: raw response report does not mention the responding agent team forcing me to maintain a vlookup-table). Anyways, it is what it is. Kind regards, OllieViewsSign in to react to this postComments
