@JulieU - While using the global search on a local page it will always find the best match even if the less matching article is available on the local page or board. There are currently no settings available which can be updated to set result priority. You can only rely on search bar drop down where you can select below options. 1. This Board - To search only under the current board 2. This Thread - To search under the only current board

@Leigh - If you have admin right, you can do this from community admin. Below are the steps. 1. Go to community admin 2. Go to Community Structure tab. 3. Look for the TKB which you want to rename and click on edit properties. http://prntscr.com/na2drc

@kgroneman - Default permission applied for both users. If you set any board read permission deny, the board will not be accessible for both types of users. @SMTCD - Seems like there are some customizations done in your community which are affecting the search bar. Please verify the custom js script in the community. If this is an open community, could you please share the URL?
