I believe this is due to Community Analytics being daily export to our BI, whereas the Admin metrics are real time. So that 24hr lag in CA should account for the difference as that user does appear to post frequently https://community.microfocus.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/264852 I hope that is the case for this query.

You should be able to select in Admin > Discussions > Ideas "Prevent users from giving kudos on completed Ideas" Any Status created that is set to "Completed" means votes/kudos can be shut off for multiple scenarios (e.g. "Rejected").

It sounds like you are looking for yourcommunnity.domain/t5/tkb/dashboardpage/tkb-id/id of the tkb you want to manage If that's the right spot, you can double check that you have the TKB Article Dashboard component on the TKB Quilt in Studio. That contains the link above for each TKB to manage the articles and complete the publishing flow. Hope that helps!
