Getting "access denied" on some sections of Lithosphere
I tried clicking on the Online Training link of https://community.lithium.com/t5/Knowledge-Support/ct-p/knowledgeandsupport and I got this error. I'm also seeing this when I try to view the Lithium Documentation. After reading Why am I getting ''access denied'' in some boards?, it seems this is being caused by my rank and status. FWIW, the company I'm with is a client and I'm trying to get up to speed on Lithium. Is there anything the admins can do to assist?4.6KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Lithium Response - Reddit Comments RSS
Hey there, HerzonT! We also use the RSS ingest method for our engagement activities on Reddit. After looking at the r/videos URL in your original post, I'm thinking this might have something to do with how you've set up the ingest. In our example, we use https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/new.rss to ingest all new content from our Reddit community into Lithium. Using the "new" sort allows us to keep things in chronological order (and actually solved some ingest issues for us a while back when Reddit was updating their redesign). You'll notice that the url ends in "/new.rss" instead of "/.rss" . While that is a valid URL, I think Response is getting confused as that doesn't actually point to a valid post and might be where you're running into trouble. My suggestion would be to try updating your ingest URL to see if it fixes this behavior. Cheers!181Views2likes1Comment
