Hey Li Community, What is your folks approach when you have a multi-language and multi-regional brand (with one handle) and Lithium / Twitter only allows to send one copy with Twitter's CSAT survey? Twitter's CSAT survey will be localized to the person's language settings (based on the customer's phone/Twitter settings) but not the copy that Lithium ships along with the survey. We have decided to go down the road with a copy that's multi-language/regional friendly — emoji(s). What's your approach?
