Re: The Silent Majority and Your Online Community
The Silent Majority is a great concept for the online community, especially for the support community. The Silent Majority is the majority of the community users. They might not speak loudly. We should not only look at the posts in the community, but also look at who come here, and why / when / how many.898ViewsSign in to react to this post0Comments- ViewsSign in to react to this postComments
Re: Lithium Community 18.12 Release Notes
I was very excited with Khoros community is supporting Google QA Structured Data. It could be a new traffic source. But it is not working well with my communities. I see the 4 errors, Missing field "mainEntity.name", Missing field "mainEntity.answerCount", Either "acceptedAnswer" or "suggestedAnswer" should be specified, Missing field "mainEntity.suggestedAnswer.text", detected by Google through Google Search Console. I am not sure if you are having the same problem with me. Is Google QA Structured Data working for your community? I am trying to make it work for my community. Appreciate any suggestion on that. Thanks in advance. ChaoViewsSign in to react to this postCommentsRe: Lithium Community 18.12 Release Notes
