One of the key capabilities of AI is to see trends from large amounts of data, which is very hard for us humans to do, would be great to explore and build this out, so that we get accurate actions we can take based upon these trends, a "predictive AI." Another is better and more powerful sentiment analysis and as you tease above, possible proactive action from an AI. Oh, so the size doesn't appear until you click "Card," I get it now. Seems it only makes the text bigger or smaller but not the icon for the card; it doesn't actually change the size of the card by much. Great that helps Laura thanks! In addition, I'm coming back to the platform after a 10 year gap. In re-absorbing the differences in roles at the various levels, from community vs category vs place and then also Group Roles, I don't see a learning post that really lays that out visually and describes it, the thinking behind it, suggestions for applying it with some examples. Hi there, I'm finding the graphic confusing, can you explain? Firstly, knowing the color coding of Aurora, seeing the red color means "Deny" to me, I would suggest using the dark Green color for "Grant" In the first column it says members have grant permissions for Setting 1 only, but it is Setting 3 that is the solid/filled color? Then in category column, it says members have grant permissions for Settings 1 & 2, yet it is 1 & 3 that are filled in? I agree, the same thought occurred to me as I read this post, the ability to search deeper into the "tagged collection." Further, can we tweak the look of a default Tag Landing Page? Hi all, we are looking to pull some measures to identify Advocates who are very responsive to our user base. We'll do some other pulls to get a potential candidate list. What I would like to be able to do is: Specify username Specify date range For those threads where the user has participated (any messages/replies, NOT Topics), pull average time from original Author's post of Topic to specified user's first post in the thread.
