AI generated assistance on search results page
Saw this on a competitors offering and it seems a very simple and effective way to help community members. At the top of the search results page, have an AI-generated answer to the search result, preferably also with attribution to the TKBs or community discussions the answer drew upon. Eg if I search "how to set up MFA" I am going to get much more assistance from an AI-generated answer rather than a list of results that mention MFA. Jason

Hi, On Tuesday I was almost totally ignorant of SCRM and all that it portends for business. Yesterday, out of curiosity, I signed up for the Virtual Summit, and was amazed at what I learned. So I signed up and am trying to get more up to speed, using this community and others. There's lots of foreign terms for a novice like me. Is there some way to implement a "Terms for Dummies," where one can look up the meaning of the vast array of new words I am exposed to?
