Due to the holiday release freeze this was the 23.12 release but it was delayed over the break. Upgrades are happening now and you can expect the release to be on your test enviornment in the next 2-3 days. (You can check by adding /t5/s/status/version to the community URL).

24.1 is already in it's last sprint and then will go into QA and be delivered in early Feb.
