Content Archive for Khoros Communities Aurora
We’re excited to introduce the content archival feature in 24.11!
Admins and moderators can now effortlessly maintain community hygiene by reviewing and archiving content that is no longer accurate, timely, or relevant.
While this feature is enabled for all communities by default, you can manage the feature’s enablement on the Content Archive option under Settings > Features > Moderation > Content Archive.
Community Guidelines & Privacy Policy for Communities Aurora
Admins can now enable community guidelines and privacy policies for their communities. These can be linked to an external URL or built within the Aurora community itself.
Depending on your goals, building your guidelines or privacy policy within Aurora creates a seamless experience with consistent branding, while linking to an external URL enables you to use one central location for these documents so you don’t have to update them in multiple places.

Live system tag for Khoros Care
A new “Live” system tag is now applied to all Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube conversations with content categorized as live video by the channel. This tag remains on the post after the live video event ends so you can use the tag for reporting and tracking purposes.
Block Facebook users from a page with Khoros Care
As an agent, you can now block Facebook users from the page they are interacting with. Admins must first turn on this option for the channel by going to Settings > Integrations > Source Integrations and selecting Edit (pencil icon) for the appropriate Facebook integration. Below Moderator Actions, the admin must then select the Allow agents to block/unblock users from page option.
CRM Connector enhancements for Khoros Care
You can now use the current version (V2) of the CRM Connector with all CRM applications, such as Zendesk, Astute, Microsoft Dynamics, and more allowing all customers to utilize the benefits regardless of CRM type.
We’ve also added the ability to auto-close CRM cases directly from Khoros Care. When you close a conversation in Khoros, it now automatically closes in the linked CRM.
Flow
Enhanced URL Validation for Khoros Flow
Previously, only URLs starting with https:// were allowed, limiting flexibility for specific customer needs.
With this release, we have expanded the types of URLs accepted during validation to support a broader range of use cases, including those involving custom protocols.
Expanded Language Support for Named Entity Classification for Khoros Flow
Earlier, support for Named Entity was available only for Chinese. With this release, we’ve expanded language support to include over 20 languages.
