Thank you for clarifying the process for 25.09 and beyond
Two questions:
- Can you please clarify the numbering scheme? Is 25.09 the same as 25.9?
- What happens for 25.08/25.8?

Hey Caroline!
1. Yes - 25.09 & 25.9 are the same numbering!
2. 25.8 has been released to production today (Sept 1st), as planned.- CarolineS2 months agoBoss
Thank you for the reply!
As far as I am aware, a release date for 25.8 was never communicated, so I’m surprised it went to prod. I asked multiple times for the release date but it was not provided (unless I just missed it?) - see the comments on the 25.8 release notes: Khoros Communities 25.08 - Release Notes | Atlas
So it seems a bit odd to say it was released “as planned” since your customers were not aware of the plan.

I apologize for that one - I had a reply to the Khoros Communities 25.08 - Release Notes thread that didn't post when I pressed the reply button. 😓
This was the response: "Version 25.8 will be rolled out in production on September 1st, for the customers that have opted-in auto-upgrade."
Future releases will definitely be better communicated without the need for dates communicated in replies - following the Updated Release Process listed in the post!

My prod site is still on 25.4. So what do you mean when you say that 25.8 has been released to production?
see screenshot.

My prod site is now on 25.8, as of 2:12am pacific time today (Tuesday Sept 2). I did receive the standard "Community Notification" email, which was nice to see (since I am accustomed to receiving these)

LucyL much like CarolineS our Prod environment also still shows 25.4. I only knew that Sept. 1st was planned because I asked my CSM for details. It was never announced here on Atlas that I was able to find.
Since it has not released, can we get an updated date that is told to everyone? Can we also get an explanation of why it was not released "as planned" on the 1st?
