Khoros Communities - Updated Release Process

No but seriously, if anyone can send me a step-by-step guide for the satanic ritual I need to perform to get a CSM, I would really appreciate it. Since ours got brutally let go from Khoros for no apparent reason and with no notice, we haven't had anyone and my emails go unanswered. Plus - if the ritual requires goats I'm going to need some lead time. They're pretty hard to catch and the farmer down the road has started to get suspicious.
