The guidance reads:
To add, remove, or change your Upgrade Notification Contacts, contact our support team or your account team.
I didn't think about it overlong and created a Support Ticket.
Thanks to KeyurS (in support) for pointing out that this is configurable by ADMIN in CLASSIC Receive emails when your community is upgraded | Atlas
But in Aurora...I'm still looking. Will update if / when I find it.
EDIT: Confirmed that in Aurora, as of now, these updates can only be made by Support.
VinodL - I think it'll be helpful to revise ^that^ guidance.
