Thanks for the comments and suggestions on the releases.
As requested, we will go ahead and make release-notes available for the minor releases as well. As shared earlier, minor releases (containing defect fixes for the most part) will not be scheduled for production upgrades by default. Given its limited scope, the suggestion would be to wait for the next major release. Support will proactively reach out to you in case they recommend a minor release given any ongoing conversations with them. Alternatively, you can also reach out to Support to request an on-demand upgrade.
