Yes, my members are older and they get confused by this message. I think the default error can be written better. I'm going to update it so that they understand.
SohilM I think you need to take the wording to someone who is age 55+ who doesn't have experience with coding in HTML and have them read the error and have them tell you what they think they should do. Most people aren't realizing it's just stripping out the unnecessary potentially harmful invisible code. You need to keep revising the wording until it makes sense to someone who deems themselves not computer savvy.
I have also had experiences where I have pasted something into a response from my own community, often when the blockquote is not working when I want it to and I get the error. Does this mean that Khoros has unneeded code? I know that it's cleaned my post up and will probably let me post but it's unnerving to a new person. I have to explain the issue way too often.
Authentication failed. Ticket Mismatch error also needs revision as it is also an error that most people don't get.
