LarryI I am sorry but I am still having issues with this.
We obtain files and have them saved as .gif and having issues.
We also have had the same issues adding pngs to avatars in newly created page locations. Support stated they are replicating the issues and saw the videos I sent.
We have also had issues with moving items in the community. The system is notifying individuals when we do not have boxes checked to notify users. The top indicates "Do Not Notify Subscribers" but the bottom says who do you want to notify and 4 boxes. (author of this post, author of destination thread, people who publicly replied to this thread, all participants in the destination thread.)
We have had users confused, including myself, as these counter each other. In theory we don't have boxes checked so the system shouldn't send emails to everyone but we dont have dont notify everyone check. The system sends everyone emails regardless of the boxes are checked at the bottom or not we found out after moving hundreds of posts and flooding users inboxes.
I've personally had multiple issues across multiple orgs with upgrades. I LOVE your product and have worked on this platform for years. It has supported me and my family and I am extremely grateful. I just keep seeing issues and hope the UAT becomes stronger. It's frustrating missing deadlines or telling managers sorry we are having issues with x and we cannot complete tasks. Our days are so busy wearing a handful of hats while trying to help our contributors. I just hope to have stability somewhere and unfortunately I am not seeing it.
Sorry for the long message but I am not trying to bash a company I love. Just hope to see some improvement.
