Mitchell_Gordon I totally get it and appreciate your posting here! My goal here is to get you the best experience with our products as we can. I'll tackle both of these:
- Issues with PNG uploading: I'll continue working with the support eng on your case to continue troubleshooting and determine why that is happening. We built an image service to handle image uploads with supported file types. Images can (easily) be saved in a different format or get corrupted, so we need to rule that out. I'll work with your support engineer to communicate updates!
- Reason Notifications: This is the feature you are referring to, I believe. If you have some time to sync next week, I'd love to so we can review the behavior and make some modifications to the workflow for notifications to ensure your members aren't being excessively notified. I'll reach out to you via email!
