I should say that the fact that we are getting emails at all, with a stated plan, is welcome. Thank you.
But I'm also compelled to say that the facts in the email cause me so much confusion and exhibit a repetitive lack of attention to detail and personalization to my account; the pattern of unnecessary churn is ridiculously frustrating.

- The schedule for 25.12 is announced as different now (than it was at first) - originally scheduled for Dec 28th
- I opted out on OCT 29 because the Dec 28th is a US Holiday week.
- Day 22 math is wrong...so which date is right? the daily count or the typed out dates? if it's the latter...I'm fine. If it's the former...I should be opted out.
- and then the high-profile, but probably obvious issue is PROD go live date in the email reads as today? Definitely a typo / mail merge error or whatever.
When the emails are automated will it:
- make this problem worse (at scale)?
- fix this problem largely (reducing human introduced errors)?
Hello!
The prod date is January 6-7th as per the release notes. The release notes will have the most up to date informatkon.
Today's email on the very top on the production date was definitely a typo on our part and shouldn't happen once everything is automated.
The rest of the dates on the email should be correct.
The release notes email that went out on Dec 8th should also have the Jan 6/7 date for prod release.
And in regards to your opt-in/out status, I'll send you a message to get a bit more information so I can give you a better response on what happened there! :)

For others' reading this - it appears I was tipped to a tentative date** via ticket reply (back in late OCT) to one of my issues confirmed fixed in 25.12. So I don't know if that date was widely shared. BUT...the day 10-22 math in the email points right at those same days.
**Perhaps that was an overshare by the responding agent.
