I received a notification email at 5:43am ET that our staging instance had been updated to 25.9. There has been no communication from Khoros as to the reason for the delay. I have asked our CSM for information, but I would much prefer to have been told there would be a delay, or for someone to acknowledge the maintenance didn't go as planned when that happens and not suddenly be updated two days after schedule with no warning.
My staging instance was upgraded at 2:25am pacific (on sept 17). I did receive the email notification. Fully agree with your statements above about communication,SydneyL​
