25.9 rolled out to our community 2 days ago as expected, however we're seeing a lot of 'Internal Server Errors' since then, approx 30% of the time according to our tools.
I've noted this feedback! If there's anything urgent please create a ticket in the Support Portal

I did log a ticket yesterday, however I've only just now received the first (AI generated) acknowledgement.

SheenaK​ - Not sure if we're experiencing the same thing, but maybe you recognize some things: We also noticed errors on our Community since a few days. We managed to break it down to:
-Uploading attachments/images were very problematic (this was a Khoros outage, should be solved as of yesterday: Khoros Status)
-Using certain URL's in replies are problematic (still ongoing, local/loopback-URL's seem to be affected especially)
-Using an @-Mentioning in Care, will result in an internal error when trying to post the reply (should be solved, noticed on Khoros Status)
-Editing a post with attachments and/or URL's will (still) result in a 403 forbidden
-General slowness (seem to have improved in the meantime)- LucyL26 days agoKhoros Staff
